Data Strategy: agile, competitive and sustainable companies thanks to big data and digital innovation


The aim of the project is to promote a model of agile, sustainable, competitive company, in the internal dimension and in supply chain relations, enabled by a data strategy based on the use of digital technologies. Having faced the 4.0 investment phase in recent years, which has equipped them with modern digital machines, companies now have the challenge of maximising the benefits of those investments using internal and external interconnections and analysis of the data collected by the machines, in light of the needs of the current context, with particular attention to the ability to achieve process efficiency, optimise the use of raw materials and energy consumption, and ultimately achieve economic sustainability. The project envisages an articulated programme of initiatives able to intercept specific interests and different levels of digital maturity of companies.
