BUSINESS TRAINING

Digitalisation requires up-skilling and re-skilling of your workforce to ensure they are prepared for the new digital economy. After an assessment of the digital skills requirements, training projects of a strategic and/or technical nature are carried out through partnerships with experts on the relevant themes, aimed at addressing the evolution of human capital.

Through CIM&FORM, a Confindustria Verona training company, firms that need to address the up-skilling and re-skilling of their human resources, from an operating level through to the executive management of an intelligent factory, have access to courses on "Industry 4.0” and can build "tailor-made” training based on their specific needs. All training qualifies for funding under the “Fondi Interprofessionali” funded training initiative.

MENTORING

Support to companies interested in accessing funding for investments in staff training in those subjects relating to enabling Industry 4.0 technologies: from the analysis and design of the training course, to its realisation, and associated paperwork and administrative management.

Helping companies hire young people with specialist training through collaborations with Universities and Higher Technical Institutes (ITS) coupled with the creation of tailor-made training projects. Notable Higher Technical Institutes in the Verona area include: ITS Last (specialising in Logistics), ITS Meccatronico (specialising in mechatronics), ITS Alimentare (specialising in food) and, at Verona University, Logimaster (Master in Logistics and Supply Chain Management).
