AIM

The project aims to address the issue of the organisational impact of the implementation of new technologies on labour management within the company. The intention is to provide useful tools for companies to understand the issue from a regulatory, technical and organisational perspective through a series of meetings, thus creating an opportunity to exchange experiences and reflect on the organisational work management impacts within the company resulting from the introduction of new technologies, with particular reference to those of a digital nature (Industry 4.0).
